DOWNLOADING MP3S TO A COMPUTER

There are two places where you can download your purchase:

1. The Order Confirmation Screen – you will see this immediately after completing your purchase
2. Your Digital Downloads Email – you will receive this directly to your inbox

Left click on the title of the product and choose to open or save the file. It will automatically save to iTunes if you have iTunes set up on your computer OR Right click on the title of the product, then 'Save As' or 'Save Target as' to your choice of destination on your computer.

Note - your download links will expire within 24 hours of your first access. 

GOOGLE CHROME

If you are using Google Chrome as your browser, please left click the title of the product and Chrome will begin the file download.

MAC USERS

Hold down the 'CTRL' key (or Command key depending on the age of your Mac) while clicking on the file name for the save option. Just clicking on the file name will only play it, rather than save it to your computer.

DOWNLOADING MP3S DIRECTLY TO MOBILE DEVICE
(SUCH AS A SMART PHONE OR TABLET)

If attempting to download directly to a mobile device, the downloads may not function properly. For best results, please download to your computer, then sync to your mobile device. If you do not have access to a computer, you may require a third party app to be able to successfully download.

UNZIPPING AUDIO FILES

Recordings which contain multiple files will be delivered in .zip files. If you are downloading directly to a mobile device, such as smartphone or tablet, you may require a third party app to unzip the files.

UNZIPPING FILES ON A MAC

Double-click the zip file and the file or folder will be decompressed into the same folder the compressed file is in.

UNZIPPING A FILE THAT CONTAINS MULTIPLE ITEMS

When a zip file contains multiple items, the unzipped files will be stored in a folder that has the same name as the zip file. For example, if you unzip a file called Archive.zip, the files will be placed in a folder called Archive. This folder will be placed in the same folder as the Archive.zip file. If the folder already contains a folder called Archive, a number will be appended to the new folder, such as Archive 2.

UNZIPPING (EXTRACTING) FILES ON A PC

Right-click the compressed (zipped) folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
